“This was my first time ordering from Suburban. Scott was helpful and always responded to my email questions with a phone call. Delivery was set up for 12-3 pm. Received an email that allowed me to see what stop number I was and track the truck. It arrived right on time. They brought in my new kitchen set and offered to put pads on the bottom of the table and chairs so as not to scratch the floor. What service! Showed me how to open the table and built in leaf. Were professional and courteous. I was so impressed with this experience. Even received a follow up call from the store to see if everything was OK. Did you know that the name “Memorial Day” wasn’t used till 1882? Originally Memorial Day was known as “Decoration Day” (something some people in the South still have, completely separate from Memorial Day). “Memorial Day” also wasn’t the official name of the holiday (by federal law) until 1967.
