New Delivery Options!

If you’ve dropped by our site lately (and if not, you should!), you’ll notice that we’ve made a few changes. We’ve streamlined our site, updated some things, and generally just made our site more epic and user-friendly. One of these things is our delivery information because we have exciting news:

You can now track your delivery on our site! Yes, we’ve joined the future and added tracking to our site. It’s simple to use – you simply need your Sales Order # or your phone number associated with your Suburban Furniture account to view your time window.

We now offer Same Day Delivery. We know how it is when you find something, fall head over heels in love with it, and simply need it RIGHT THAT MOMENT. We’ve ALL been there. Now it’s easier to get exactly what you want, exactly when you want it – no more waiting weeks or even months for new furniture to arrive! 90% of what you see in our showroom is in stock, in the fabric and finish shown, and ready for Same Day Delivery. (Although if you don’t mind waiting, we can still customize the fabrics and finishes on most of our items to meet your specific needs and wants as well!)

There is, of course, a slight catch – we do need you to be in our Same Day Delivery area. That area is quite large, however, so chances are that you will be! Our Same Day Delivery area includes: Allamuchy, Brookside, Budd Lake, Cedar Knolls, Chester, Denville, Dover, Flanders, Hackettstown, Hopatcong, Ironia, Kenvil, Landing, Lake Hopatcong, Ledgewood, Long Valley, Mine Hill, Mendham, Morristown, Morris Plains, Mountain Lakes, Mount Arlington, Netcong, Parsippany, Randolph, Rockaway, Roxbury, Stanhope, Succasunna, Wharton and Whippany. (Told ya it covered a lot!) If you aren’t in this area, don’t worry, most all other towns surrounding us in Morris, Warren, and Sussex Counties can be delivered the following day; just call us at (973) 927-7100 to make sure we deliver to your area. To qualify for Same Day Delivery to these towns, simply make your purchase of in-stock furniture before 2PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday! Rather pick up your item yourself? We’ve got convenient pick-up hours at our Randolph warehouse for that. (We do not currently offer out-of-state delivery).
